The myth of the Giant recounts the epic of the Giant who first arrives on earth in the city of Le Havre. He comes back a second time, with a wooden leg, before embarking on a journey to Africa. There, he has a child, who returns with him to Le Havre, introducing him to the inhabitants of the city. On his return, after a dozen or so years, he shares his mythic adventures.
